It’s best to use a glue made for that type of plastic which chemically bonds the actual plastic instead of super glue, this will increase the strength of that bond. Or you can try making the place where you glue it have a higher surface area by making where you separate it not flat.

We didn’t have gussets in Tipping Point so we chopped off side walls and bent the metal to hold the goal.
I maaaay have posted this on VF before I don’t remember
